Stoneraise Red Sandstone
Quarried from Lazonby Fell near Penrith in Cumbria. Stoneraise Red is a medium grained sandstone with occasional course grains and is uniformly salmon pink in colour. This hard material is extremely resistant to abrasion and weathering, Stoneraise can be used for most building and landscape applications. The quarry is worked periodically by our Northern quarry team either to order or to replenish stocks. Availability from stock is usually within 7 to 10 days.
